BREAKING NEWS: Second man is charged with the murder of Gold Coast mother who was allegedly ‘burned to death’ – accused of helping her U.S. Marine ex-husband
A second man has been charged with the murder of Gold Coast mother Kelly Wilkinson, accused of driving her U.S. Marine ex-husband to her home.
Ms Wilkinson was found dead, having suffered serious burns, at her home in Arundel in April.
Queensland Police announced that Bradley Bell, 25, from Pimpama was arrested at a Coomera business about 9am on Tuesday and later charged.
Police will allege Bell knew of Ms Wilkinson’s ex-husband Brian Earle Johnston was planning to murder her, and assisted in preparing for her death.
Johnston was charged with her murder earlier this year. His case is before the courts and is bail refused.
Bell was refused bail to appear in the Southport Magistrates Court tomorrow.
