Perth artist Felicity Palmateer is set to battle it out on the new season of Survivor: Brains v Brawn.

The 28-year-old is the latest star to be introduced on the upcoming series, with her admitting the casting is a chance of a lifetime.

‘I’ve never thought about doing any sort of reality TV,’ she told AAA ahead of the show’s launch on July 18.

‘The only show I’ve ever wanted to is Survivor so when the opportunity came up to cast for the show I jumped on it,’ she added.

Felicity is an avid nude surfer and artist with her regularly using her stunning figure to paint on canvas.

She created the passion project Skin Deep which sees her surfing in locations across Western Australia.

The soon-to-be TV star admitted she was shocked with the filming taking place in north-west Queensland, as opposed to a tropical island.

‘Freezing cold nights, then during the day super hot and the challenges were that much harder,’ she said.

The biggest name to appear on the forthcoming season is AFL legend Gavin Wanganeen, who won the 1993 Brownlow Medal.

Other contestants include personal trainer Daini, MMA fighter Chelsea Hackett, forensic psychologist Georgia, and handsome health coach Emmett.

Also set to shake up the series is villainous entrepreneur Benny.

‘I’ve got no emotion, I’m willing to throw people under the bus,’ he boasted in the trailer.
